As you may remember, since the May 2016 closure of the Volunteer Center of the East Bay, the Contra Costa Crisis Center has maintained the Nonprofit Volunteer Opportunity Postings function of their website which has been available these past six months via the Contra Costa Crisis Center’s website. As planned, that specific function of that website will be taken down at the end of 2016. The final day for the Nonprofit Volunteer Opportunity Postings website function will be 12.31.16 and this communication is to remind those who may depend upon it for volunteer recruitment and placement, to seek other systems.
